He is also a certificate holder on Risk Assessment and Management. He has been a standing member of the various study groups constituted by SIRC of ICAI and the IRDA. He is also a member of the Standing Committee on Investments and Accounting of the IRDA and has been a co-opted member of the Committee on Information Technology of the ICAI. He is a Member of various professional organisations and was an Independent Director on the Board of Bharat Overseas Bank for two terms and the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committees of the Board.
